The Bourbon Papayo Washed coffee is a rare and unique variety grown in the Huila region of Colombia. The name “Papayo” refers to the coffee cherries’ elongated shape, resembling tiny papayas. This variety is closely related to Ethiopian Landrace varieties and has a distinctive cup quality.
Expect flavors of chocolate, caramel, almond, apricot, and black cherry. The washed processing method contributes to a clean and balanced cup.
